Cashiers are responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience for each Aplos customer. From greeting guests, to teaching customers about our menu and customizing for their personal preferences, answering phone calls, taking orders, and handling the checkout process.

Food Runner

Food Runners are responsible for delivering orders from the kitchen to each customers’ tables. This will require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for verifying age of guests when running alcoholic beverages, pre-bussing tables and helping with guest needs as they arise.


  • Great listening and comprehension skills

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures


Bartenders will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to Aplos guests, overseeing the stock of liquor and bar supplies, taking orders, and handling the checkout process. Bartenders will also be in charge of following recipe guidelines to create cocktails, in house infused liquors and syrups, and seasonal specials. 


  • Maintain knowledge of wines, spirits and basic cocktails
  • Maintain knowledge of Aplos cocktail recipes.
  • Conduct good judgement on guest alcohol consumption
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures

Line Cook

Line cooks help create an exceptional experience for every Aplos guest by preparing top quality, delicious, and consistent food. We have various stations for our cooks including pizza, grill, salad, and fry.


  • Responsible for communicating with other line workers in timing out tickets and food
  • Responsible for stocking and maintaining a clean working station
  • Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures 
  • Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned

Prep Cook

Job Description: Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in the kitchen. Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and cooking preprepared foods and sauces to be used on the line. Set up kitchen stations with all ingredients necessary for the job.

Requirements: Be able to convert measuring units. Be able to read and follow recipes. Have a general knowledge of food preparation.
